Nothing is quite as sexy as what’s underneath.  This Valentine’s Day is an opportunity to get some new sexy lingerie.  An amazing bra can have you walk taller and look 10 pounds thinner all at the same time.  I also really love sexy boxers for men.  Here are a few of my favorite Valentine’s Day Lingerie.

How to Dress for Any Occasion

You have a first date on Friday with someone you have been crushing on for years.  Yikes!  “What am I going to wear?” You ask yourself.  Or maybe you have an interview next week for your ideal job. Yay! “But what should I wear?” You ponder again.  It can be difficult to figure out what to wear without doing a little research ahead of time.  Putting a little thought into it will make for a successful meeting and outcome.  So whether you are going on a date or heading to an interview, we suggest you ask these 4 important questions below.

1.  Who are you meeting with?  Try to figure out as many details as possible about the person you are meeting, as it pertains to the situation.  What do they do for work? What’s their position?  What do they like to do for fun?  How old are they? (Google is your friend.  Just try to refrain from being labeled as a “Google Stalker.”)

2.  What do you want your first impression to be?          You have 3 seconds to make an impression that is locked in. What do you want someone to know about you?  That you’re funny?  Confident?  Life of the party?  Sincere?

3.  Where are you meeting?  At a local coffee shop? The office?  A Mexican restaurant?

4.  What’s your intention?  What do you want to happen during and after your meeting?   Do you want to land the job?  Go on another date?

Now that you have all of these questions answered,  go into your closet and pick out that perfect outfit!

What’s your clothing item/accessory must-have of the moment?

“For me, I am a comfort first type of guy.  My job demands me to be comfortable enough to demonstrate, yet look professional.  My clothing must-have of the moment is comfortable shoes for all situations presented to me during the day.”

Favorite Denver hotspot?

“Larimer Square as I am a huge foodie!”

Tell us about your lifestyle…

“Simply follow the “work hard to play hard” montra.  I thrive on extreme sports and vacation for the adrenaline rush versus the relaxation.  I will travel to places for just the eating experience alone, or enjoy staying at home and cooking off the cuff as well.  I am just as comfortable in board shorts and flip flops as I am dressed for a board meeting.  Life is too short to not do and see everything and every place you desire.”

Why did you decide to use The Style Studio by Keri Blair?

“I was researching on the internet new fashion styles in 2014, specifically for the tall and slender male.  It was becoming exhausting to sort throughout the fluff that was out there.  I decided to investigate consultants close tony hometown.  The Style Studio by Keri Blair was researched and came with grand reviews.  After one discussion with Keri it was a no brainer that this gal knew her stuff.”

How did you feel about your style before you went to The Style Studio by Keri Blair?

“I shamefully felt it was decent.  I realized very quickly, however, that my style was the same style I had maintained for several years.”

And now?

“As change is usually difficult for me, so was this.  However, it was very apparent by The Style Studio by Keri Blair staff, in a very kind way, that change was going to be a good thing.  Afterall, that is why I hired them, I was obviously in search of change.  It has come with great appreciation and countless compliments!”

Why is it important to you to look amazing everyday?

“In my business, I interact with 100’s of clients daily.  This is a small town, reputation and word of mouth mean everything to a private business owner. Just as important as being good, is looking good while you achieve it.”

Tell us about your experience working with The Style Studio by Keri Blair….

“The staff at The Style Studio by Keri Blair were incredible!  They made the transition easy, comfortable, and inviting.  I greatly appreciate the calm, relaxed atmosphere in their office. They are genuine and passionate about the job they are presented with and it shows in the end product.”

What would you say is the biggest change in your life, after using The Style Studio by Keri Blair?

“I enjoyed the process as much as I enjoyed the end result.  It was truly fascinating to see these gals so knowledgeable about fashion for someone else. I have received countless compliments, both at work, and in public, regarding the new look. I admit I was a skeptic at first, I would strongly recommend this group to anyone interested in making a positive image change!”

In a Fashion Rut?

It’s near the end of winter and shopping for the season’s latest trends seem to have lost it’s luster.  You may look inside your closet and gaze over the monotonous clothing options you have to choose from.  What once was a beautiful “got to have it” purple blouse at the beginning of winter is now a boring old smock you wore last Tuesday.   If this paints the perfect picture of your experience, then you could be in a “fashion rut.”  Not to worry though, a fashion rut can be fixed! We are here to help you fight those winter blues.  Just follow one, two, or even all of our tips below and we promise you’ll be cured.

1. Purchase something in a new spring color. (Yes!  Some of these colors you can wear now.)  Whether it be a cashmere sweater, a stone necklace, or a silk scarf – get an item in one of the upcoming season’s hottest colors like dazzling blue or paloma.  Check out all the colors HERE.

2. Dive into a new trend.  Some of the upcoming trends that you can wear now include: collarless coats, wide leg trousers, white blouses, tea-length skirts, pastels, and black & white.

3. Borrow from a friend.  Have a friend who wears the same size?  Why not ask her kindly if she can part with that killer dress you’ve had your eye on for one night?

4. Add some pizzazz!  Perhaps all your outfit needs is a little sparkle and shine.  Try adding some new jewels to that suit or a belt to that dress.  Accessorizing makes all the difference.

How to Look Put Together in NO Time!

Ever make last minute plans and realize you have nothing to wear for the occasion?  Whether you are running from the gym to meet up with friends for dinner or you have a hot date right after work, we have some simple outfit and beauty tips that will make a great impression in the nick of time!

Women

1.  Drape yourself in jewels.  Throw on a necklace, earrings, rings, and/or bracelets for some sparkle and shine.

2.  Wrap a scarf around your neck.  Either a small silk or long cashmere will do the trick.

3.  Slip on a pair of heels.  Even if you are in a pair a jeans, a little heel can work wonders.

4.  Add some volume or sheen to your hair.  If your hair has gone a bit flat, spray on dry volumizing shampoo to the roots and give your strands a little tease with a comb.  Or comb your hair back with a nice side part into a soft low bun.  Spray the wisps down with light hairspray or dab on a little pomade.

Men

1.  Throw on a blazer.  We are not talking about a whole suit and tie.  Just a simple sportcoat. Pair it with a button down or even a simple v-neck  with a pair of jeans.

2.  Nix the light wash jeans and put on a solid dark wash.

3.  Accessorize.  Accessories are not just for the ladies.  Wrap a watch around your wrist and a belt around your waist.

4.  Slip into a pair of loafers or lace ups.  Gym shoes are only to be worn at the gym and sneakers are to be worn casually.
